This Privacy Policy explains how Branding Beam (“BEAM”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our messaging and customer-communication services (the “Service”).

We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of the Service, including:

• Account & contact data — name, email, phone number, and organization details.
• Conversation data — the messages, media, and contact details exchanged through the channels you connect (e.g. WhatsApp), so we can deliver and display your conversations.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, and basic analytics used to operate and secure the Service.

When you connect a WhatsApp Business account, we process data through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) on your behalf, including customer phone numbers, profile names, and message content. We act as a data processor for these conversations: the data is used solely to send, receive, and display messages within your inbox, and is handled in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s terms. We do not use WhatsApp data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To route, store, and display your conversations and contacts.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as Meta/WhatsApp for message delivery, and cloud hosting and storage providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required by law.

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at email [email protected].

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
