Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Branding Beam (“BEAM”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

BEAM provides a multi-channel messaging and customer-communication platform that lets you connect channels such as WhatsApp and manage conversations. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
• You are responsible for the content you send and the consent you obtain from the people you message.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of the channels you connect.

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, to infringe others’ rights, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

If you connect WhatsApp, you must also comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta’s platform terms, and applicable messaging and opt-in requirements. Violations may result in suspension of your channel by Meta or by us.

The Service, including its software and content (excluding your data), is owned by Branding Beam or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your data.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branding Beam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to comply with law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
